Ever Expanding
Code for my projects can be found on my Github. Current examples include:
- Custom Plugins for MyBB (PHP, MySQL)
- Collaborative bbcode development (Ruby, Javascript)
- Simple Webscraping (Python)
Discourse Plugins
Extending Existing Systems
Discourse is an open source web forum software built in Ruby and Ember.js
Like many large projects, Discourse has its own existing architecture in addition to its underlying platform.
Developing plugins for discourse requires understanding:
- HTML/CSS
- SASS
- Ember.js/Handlebars
- Ruby on Rails
- Postgresql
And best practices for collaborative coding.
Here is an example plugin designed to allow non-breaking spaces on discourse forums.
